Q: If I need to cancel or edit my order, what should I do?

A: Once an order is processed, we will not be able to cancel or make any edits to an order. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team at [email protected]  with your order number and they will be happy to check the status of your order.

Q: What is your picnic cancellation policy?

A: We understand that life happens, and every situation is different. We work with many local businesses to bring you the best possible experience. So, if needed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to reschedule your picnic to another date that works for you. Q: Do you provide alcoholic beverages?

A: We do not provide alcohol at any of our picnics. We are not responsible for any unauthorized consumption, fines or citations issued to you during your picnic.

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: Rain happens! If rain is in the forecast, we will do our best to provide alternatives for you like moving to a sheltered location or reschedule the picnic to another time when the weather permits.

Q: What happens if something gets damaged?

A: Clients shall remain responsible for all loss or damage to rentals, up to and including actual replacement value for each missing or damaged item per cost. Please refer to our Terms of Service on our site picnicswithpuppies.com/terms-of-service/

Q: Am I responsible for setup and teardown of the picnic?

A: We provide the setup and teardown of the picnic. Your job is to relax and enjoy your time!

Q: Does placing an item in my shopping cart guarantee I will receive the product?

A: Placing items into your shopping cart does not reserve inventory or guarantee the items will remain in stock while you complete the checkout process. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

Q: What is your Return Policy?

A: All purchases made directly on our website are final sale. ​

PAYMENTS, PROMO CODES, AND GIFT CARDS

Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Maestro, Diners Club, G Pay

Q: How do I purchase a gift card? 

A: At this time, gift cards are not available for purchase.

Q: Do you offer price adjustments? 

A: We do not offer price adjustments on any orders.​

SHIPPING/TRACKING

Q: What is your Shipping Policy?

A: Only US based customers will be able to order and ship products through picnicswithpuppies.com to US based shipping addresses. 

Q: What happens if the shipping carrier is unable to deliver my package?

A: If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your order, your package will be marked as “Returned to Sender”. We recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly to reschedule a delivery date, or our Customer Service Team at [email protected] for assistance.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: When your order is packaged and ready to go, please allow at least 5-7 business days for the package to be delivered. 

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays and around holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume and shipping carrier delays/schedules. Rest assured, our team’s goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible, even during these times. We appreciate your patience!
